A 60mL shot of 100% sauerkraut brine: the juice from our sauerkraut, bottled on its own with nothing added. Raw, unpasteurised and full of live cultures. It tastes sharp, salty and sour with a clean cabbage tang, and it can have a little natural fizz.

In Russian and Ukrainian families, a glass of brine the morning after a celebration is an old tradition. This is that tradition, in a bottle.

Why you'll love it
A reset the morning after a big night, a salty top-up after a sweaty session, and a sour kick for dressings, marinades and Bloody Marys.

How to use
Shake gently before opening. Drink it straight as a shot, or add a splash to a dressing or a glass of water.

Storage
Keep refrigerated. Unopened, it keeps for 3 months in the fridge. Once opened, enjoy it within a month. Natural fermentation may cause fizz, so open it gently.
